1. Data controller

This policy is issued by Health&Home (Avcılar, Istanbul, Türkiye) as the data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Contact: mesut@healthome.com.tr

2. Personal data we collect

Through the forms on our website we process your full name, email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional) and any information you include in your message. When you email us, we process your email address and the content of the correspondence.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We use your data to respond to your request, prepare product and project quotations, contact you and manage our business relationship. The legal bases are the establishment or performance of a contract and our legitimate interests (KVKK Art. 5/2 (c) and (f); for individuals in the EU/EEA, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). We do not add your data to marketing lists and we do not sell it.

4. Automated processing and international transfers

Requests are processed by an automation system running on our server, which uses Google LLC's artificial intelligence (Gemini) and email (Gmail) services to carry out an initial evaluation and draft a reply. As these services may be hosted outside Türkiye and the EU/EEA, your data may be transferred abroad for this purpose only. All final design, production and commercial decisions are made by our team. We do not share your data with other third parties except where required by law.

5. Google user data

Our automation system accesses only our own company Gmail account through Google APIs, and only to read incoming requests and send replies. We never access our visitors' Google accounts. Data received from Google APIs is used in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

6. Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, subject to statutory retention obligations. After that, it is deleted or anonymized.

7. Your rights

You have the right to know whether your data is processed, to request information and a copy, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, to request data portability, to learn which third parties it has been transferred to, and to claim compensation for damages (KVKK Art. 11; GDPR Arts. 15–22). Individuals in the EU/EEA may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority. Please send requests to mesut@healthome.com.tr; we reply within 30 days at the latest.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
